These Terms of Purchase apply to all ticket purchases made through:
• www.wildwestmusicfest.ie
• www.onlinetickets.ie/wildwest
Wild West Music Fest is operated by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee, a registered Irish charity (Charity Number 20206965), based in Kilconly, Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland.
These Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Your Ticket
A ticket purchased through this website is a revocable licence to attend the specified event on the date stated.
Admission is subject to:
• Compliance with event rules
• Venue terms and conditions
• Health and safety requirements
• Irish law
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.

2. Who You Are Buying From
Tickets are sold by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee as the event organiser or authorised promoter of the event.
We are responsible for processing your order and payment.

3. Ticket Prices and Fees
• All prices are displayed in Euro (€).
• Ticket prices are set by the event organiser.
• Booking, facilitation or processing fees may apply.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
All fees are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

4. Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
You must provide accurate and current billing information.
If payment authorisation fails or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Order Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when:
• Payment has been successfully processed; and
• You receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference.
If you do not receive confirmation, you must contact us promptly at wildwest@onlinetickets.ie.
We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect email details provided by you.

6. Ticket Limits
For certain events, a maximum number of tickets per person may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed stated ticket limits.

7. Resale and Commercial Use
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without prior written consent.
Tickets must not be used for:
• Advertising
• Promotional competitions
• Commercial resale
• Corporate hospitality packages
Unauthorised resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

8. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Please review that policy before purchasing.
As tickets relate to leisure services for a specific date, the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law does not apply.

9. Errors and Pricing Mistakes
While we take care to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
If a pricing or availability error is identified:
• We reserve the right to cancel affected orders;
• A full refund will be issued where applicable.

10. Assumption of Risk
By attending an event, you acknowledge that live events may involve certain inherent risks, including crowd-related risks.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Irish law.

11. Intellectual Property
All event branding, logos and website content remain the property of Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee or its licensors.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
