Wild West Music Fest – Ticket Sales Website

1. About Us


This website (www.wildwestmusicfest.ie and www.onlinetickets.ie/wildwest) is operated by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee, a company limited by guarantee and a registered Irish charity (Charity Number 20206965).


Registered Office: Kilconly, Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland.


We are a not-for-profit community organisation established to raise funds for community development projects in and around Kilconly, including sports facilities, cultural initiatives, recreational amenities and local infrastructure.


All proceeds from our events, after covering event and operational costs, are applied solely for charitable purposes.



2. Acceptance of These Terms


By accessing this website and/or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.


If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.


We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to your booking.



3. Our Services


We organise and promote music festivals, concerts and community events, including Wild West Music Fest.


Through this website, we sell tickets directly to members of the public.


We do not sell physical goods unless expressly stated.



4. Ticket Purchases


4.1 Contract Formation


A legally binding contract is formed when:



  • You complete the checkout process, and

  • We issue an order confirmation email.


It is your responsibility to check all details (event, date, quantity, ticket type) before completing your purchase.


4.2 Pricing


All prices are displayed in Euro (€).


Prices may include booking or processing fees where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before purchase.


4.3 Payment


Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.


We do not store full card details.


You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.


If payment authorisation fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the tickets.



5. Refunds, Cancellations and Changes


5.1 No Cooling-Off Period


Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to tickets for leisure events occurring on a specific date.


Tickets are therefore non-refundable except as set out below.


5.2 Event Cancellation


If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.


Booking or processing fees may be excluded unless otherwise required by law.


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


5.3 Event Rescheduling


If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.


If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will communicate any refund or transfer options available.


5.4 Line-Up or Programme Changes


Artists, performers, schedules and event attractions may be subject to change.


Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.



6. Admission and Event Rules


Admission is subject to:



  • Venue capacity limits

  • Health and safety regulations

  • Compliance with event rules

  • Instructions from event staff and security personnel


We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unlawful, unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.



7. Resale of Tickets


Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without our prior written consent.


We reserve the right to cancel tickets that are resold in breach of these Terms.



8. User Responsibilities


You agree:



  • To provide accurate and truthful information when purchasing tickets

  • Not to misuse the website

  • Not to interfere with the website’s security or functionality

  • Not to use the website for unlawful purposes


We reserve the right to suspend or block access where misuse is detected.



9. Intellectual Property


All website content, branding, logos, graphics and materials are the property of Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee or its licensors.


You may not reproduce, copy or distribute content without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for the content, services or practices of third-party sites.

12. Limitation of Liability


Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish law, including liability for:



  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights


Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:



  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Travel or accommodation costs

  • Loss of enjoyment

  • Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket purchased.



13. Force Majeure


We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:



  • Severe weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Acts of God

  • Industrial disputes



14. Indemnity


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee and its officers, volunteers and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your unlawful use of the website or breach of these Terms.



15. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.


Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
