Venue arrangements

Health and safety

Licensing and permits

Insurance

Payment providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No Cooling-Off Period

Under EU and Irish consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

Contracts for leisure services provided on a specific date or period.

Event tickets fall within this exemption.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled by the Buyer except as provided in the Organiser’s refund policy or where required by law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by:

The Returns Policy on the Platform

6.1 Event Cancellation

If an Event is cancelled:

Buyers are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value.

Service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Where funds have already been transferred to the Organiser, refunds are dependent on the Organiser funding the refund.

6.2 Event Rescheduling

If an Event is rescheduled:

Tickets may remain valid for the new date.

The Organiser may offer a refund window at its discretion.

6.3 Partial Changes

Changes to performers, speakers, programme, venue within the same locality, or event timing do not automatically entitle the Buyer to a refund unless the Event is materially altered.

For bingo, raffles or prize draw events:

The Organiser is responsible for compliance with applicable gaming laws.

The Organiser is solely responsible for prize fulfilment.

Entry fees are non-refundable once the Event has commenced.

Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

12. White-Label Domains

Some Events may be accessed via a custom domain operated by the Organiser but powered by OnlineTickets.ie.
