Do I need to attend the live session to win?
No.
You do not need to attend the live bingo session to win a prize.
All valid bingo books and flyer pages are recorded in the system, and winners are identified during the event.
After the event, the list of winners is published on the Kilconly Bingo website.
How do I receive my bingo books?
Once you place an order for your bingo books, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
• a link to view or print your bingo books
• details of the upcoming bingo event
• a link to join the live bingo session
You can either print your books or mark them online using your phone, tablet, or computer.
What are flyer pages?
Flyers are optional additional bingo pages that apply to certain jackpot games.
They are played at the same time as the corresponding game within the bingo book and are not required to participate in the main bingo games.
What happens if more than one person wins at the same time?
If two or more players complete a valid winning pattern on the same call, the prize is shared equally between all winners, in accordance with the Bingo Rules.
How do I claim a prize?
If you win a prize during the live session, the organiser will verify the winning card.
Where a player is not present during the live session, the winner can claim their prize by contacting the organiser after checking the published list of winners on the website.
All prizes are subject to verification.
What happens if I have a technical problem?
If you experience a technical issue during the bingo session, please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page.
Where necessary, the organisers may pause or delay the session to ensure fairness.
