These Terms of Purchase explain how participants obtain bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, and other entries through the Kilconly Bingo website.
These Terms form part of the Kilconly Bingo Terms of Use and the published Bingo Rules. By obtaining any bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, or other entries through this website, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms.
1. About Kilconly Bingo

Kilconly Bingo is operated on a not-for-profit basis to raise funds for community development and charitable initiatives within the Kilconly area.
All proceeds, after prizes and reasonable operating costs, are applied exclusively to community purposes.
2. Obtaining Bingo Books and Entries
Participants may obtain:
• Bingo books
• Flyer pages for designated games
• Raffle tickets (where available)
Entries must be obtained before the start of the relevant bingo event or raffle draw.
Each bingo book contains a number of bingo cards used during the event.
Entries are valid only for the specific event for which they are issued.
3. Pricing
Typical pricing is as follows (unless otherwise stated for a specific event):
Single bingo book – €10
Double bingo book – €15
Flyer pages – typically €2 per page
Raffle tickets – typically €2 per ticket
Prices and prize structures may vary between events and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and other payment services made available on the website.
Kilconly Bingo does not store credit card or payment details.
All payments are processed in Euro (€).
5. Order Confirmation
After completing a transaction, participants will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation email includes:
• details of the entries obtained
• the bingo books or flyer pages issued for the event
• instructions for participating in the bingo session
If you do not receive an order confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact the organiser to confirm whether your order was successfully processed.
6. Entry Limits
To ensure fair participation, the organiser may impose limits on the number of entries that may be obtained by a single participant for any event.
Any such limits will be displayed during the purchase process.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Entries are generally non-refundable once the bingo event has commenced, except where required by law.
Refunds may be issued where:
• a payment error occurs
• an event is cancelled or rescheduled
• an administrative or technical error affects the purchase
The organiser reserves the right to cancel and refund any entry where an error occurs in relation to pricing, availability, or system operation.
8. Accuracy of Information
Participants must provide accurate and current information when obtaining entries, including contact details required for prize verification.
If incorrect or misleading information is provided, the organiser reserves the right to:
• cancel the entry
• withhold prize payments
• restrict future participation
9. Non-Transferability of Entries
Bingo books, flyer pages, and raffle tickets are non-transferable and may only be used for the event for which they were issued.
Entries may not be resold, transferred, or used for promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the organiser.
10. Prize Verification
All prizes remain subject to verification in accordance with the Bingo Rules.
Participants may be required to verify their bingo book, flyer page, or raffle entry before a prize is paid.
The organiser’s verification of winning entries is final.
11. Errors and System Issues
While we aim to ensure that all information on the website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
Where an error occurs relating to:
• pricing
• event information
• entry availability
• system processing
the organiser reserves the right to cancel the affected transaction and issue a refund.
12. Responsible Participation
Kilconly Bingo is intended as a community fundraising activity.
Participants should only obtain entries that they can comfortably afford.
13. Relationship with Other Policies
These Terms of Purchase should be read together with:
• the Kilconly Bingo Terms of Use
• the Kilconly Bingo Rules
In the event of any conflict between these documents, the Bingo Rules governing gameplay will apply to the conduct of the bingo event.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law.
15. Acceptance
By obtaining any bingo book, flyer page, raffle ticket, or other entry through the Kilconly Bingo website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Purchase.
