TERMS OF USE
Kilconly Bingo
Last updated: 30-01-2026
Welcome to Kilconly Bingo. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing any tickets or participating in any bingo or raffle operated through this website.
By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the published Bingo Rules.
1. About Us
Kilconly Bingo is operated by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee, a registered Irish charity (Charity Registration Number 20206965) (the “organiser”, “we”, “us”).
Kilconly Bingo is operated on a not-for-profit basis for the purpose of raising funds for local community development and charitable initiatives. All proceeds, after prizes and reasonable costs, are applied exclusively to community purposes.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Participation is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or over.
By purchasing a bingo book, flyer, raffle ticket, or any other entry, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse participation, cancel entries, or withhold prizes where this condition is not met.
3. Nature of the Activity
Kilconly Bingo operates a weekly online community bingo.
The bingo is a community fundraising activity and not a commercial gambling service.
No private profit or personal gain is derived by directors, officers, employees, or volunteers.
4. Bingo Books, Flyers, and Raffles
Bingo Books
Books must be purchased in advance and are valid only for the relevant bingo event.
Flyers
Participants may optionally purchase additional bingo pages (“flyers”) for certain jackpot games.
Flyers are typically priced at €2 per page.
Flyers are played at the same time as the corresponding game within the bingo book.
Purchase of flyers is entirely optional.
Raffles
Optional raffles may be offered alongside the bingo.
Raffle tickets are typically priced at €2 per ticket.
Details of raffle prizes are communicated in advance of each draw.
Participation in flyers or raffles is not required to take part in the main bingo.
5. Tickets, Payments, and Refunds
All tickets and optional extras must be purchased before the relevant draw.
Tickets are non-transferable.
Tickets and optional extras are non-refundable once the draw has commenced, except where required by law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store card or payment details.
6. How the Bingo Works
The bingo is conducted during an open online meeting.
Numbers are called live by a bingo caller using a random number generator selecting numbers between 1 and 90.
The bingo system recognises all valid bingo books, flyers, and raffle entries in play.
When a winning pattern is achieved, the system identifies the winning card and the winner is announced during the live session.
Draw results are recorded and retained for verification purposes.
7. Attendance and Claiming Prizes
Attendance at the live bingo session is not mandatory.
Where a participant does not attend the live session, a list of winning tickets is published on the Kilconly Bingo website following the event to allow winners to identify and claim their prize.
Participants remain responsible for checking published results and contacting the organiser to claim any prize won.
All prizes remain subject to verification in accordance with the Bingo Rules and these Terms of Use.
8. Prizes and Jackpots
Multiple small cash prizes are awarded across the bingo games.
Game 5 and Game 8 include jackpot prize structures as set out in the published Bingo Rules.
Jackpot prizes are not guaranteed to be won in any particular week and are subject to defined winning conditions, including call limits and rollover rules.
Full prize details are published in advance of each event.
9. Multiple Winners and Prize Sharing
Where two or more players complete a valid winning pattern on the same call for the same prize, that prize will be shared equally between all valid winners.
The total prize amount available for that game does not increase due to multiple winners.
Where a prize is shared, individual payouts may be rounded to the nearest euro.
For smaller fixed prizes (including €100 prizes), the organiser may apply a maximum individual payout to ensure fairness and consistency where a large number of simultaneous wins occur.
The organiser’s verification of valid simultaneous wins is final.
10. Verification and Prize Payments
Winners may be required to verify their bingo book, flyer, or raffle entry before payment.
Prizes are paid promptly following verification.
We reserve the right to withhold payment where there is reasonable cause to investigate a claim.
11. Technical Issues
In the event of a technical interruption, system failure, or connectivity issue, we may pause, delay, or reschedule a draw where necessary to ensure fairness and integrity.
Any such action will be taken in good faith and communicated clearly to participants.
12. Responsible Participation
Participants are encouraged to take part responsibly.
Kilconly Bingo is intended as a community fundraising activity, not as a means of financial gain.
Please only purchase tickets you can comfortably afford.
