Kilconly Bingo

Last updated: 12-03-2026

Welcome to Kilconly Bingo. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before obtaining any bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, or participating in any bingo or raffle operated through this website.

By accessing this website or participating in Kilconly Bingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the published Bingo Rules.

1. About Us

Kilconly Bingo is operated by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee, a registered Irish charity (Charity Registration Number 20206965) (the “organiser”, “we”, “us”).

Kilconly Bingo is operated on a not-for-profit basis for the purpose of raising funds for local community development and charitable initiatives.

All proceeds, after prizes and reasonable costs, are applied exclusively to community purposes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Participation is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or over.

By obtaining a bingo book, flyer page, raffle ticket, or any other entry, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse participation, cancel entries, or withhold prizes where this condition is not met.

3. Nature of the Activity

Kilconly Bingo operates a weekly community bingo event.

The bingo session is conducted live and may be broadcast online to allow participants to follow the bingo call remotely.

The bingo is operated as a community fundraising activity and not as a commercial gambling service.

No private profit or personal gain is derived by directors, officers, employees, or volunteers.

4. Bingo Books, Flyers, and Raffles

Bingo Books

Bingo tickets are referred to as bingo books.

Each bingo book contains 8 individual games (pages) played sequentially during the event.

Typical pricing:

Single book – €10
Double book – €15

Books must be obtained in advance of the bingo event and are valid only for that event.

Flyers

Participants may optionally obtain additional bingo pages (“flyers”) for certain jackpot games.

Flyers are typically priced at €2 per page.

Flyers are played at the same time as the corresponding game within the bingo book.

Obtaining flyers is optional and not required to participate in the main bingo.

Raffles

Optional raffles may occasionally be offered alongside the bingo.

Raffle tickets are typically priced at €2 per ticket.

Details of raffle prizes are communicated in advance of each draw.

Participation in flyers or raffles is not required to participate in the main bingo.

5. Tickets, Payments, and Refunds

All bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, and optional extras must be obtained before the relevant bingo event begins.

Entries are non-transferable.

Entries are non-refundable once the bingo event has commenced, except where required by law.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store card or payment details.

6. How the Bingo Works

The bingo session is conducted during an open online meeting or broadcast.

Numbers are randomly generated and announced one at a time by a live bingo caller.

Participants mark their own bingo cards as numbers are called.

The bingo system records all valid bingo books, flyer pages, and raffle entries in play and assists organisers in verifying potential winning cards.

When a valid winning pattern is identified and verified, the winner is announced during the live session.

Records of the numbers called and game results are retained for verification purposes.

7. Attendance and Claiming Prizes

Attendance at the live bingo session is not required in order to win.

Where a participant does not attend the live session:

• a list of winning tickets is published on the Kilconly Bingo website following the event
• winners may claim their prize by contacting the organiser

Participants remain responsible for checking published results and claiming any prize won.

All prizes remain subject to verification in accordance with the Bingo Rules and these Terms of Use.

8. Prizes and Jackpots

Multiple prizes are awarded across the bingo games.

Game 5 and Game 8 include special jackpot prize structures as described in the published Bingo Rules.

Jackpot prizes are not guaranteed to be won in any particular week and remain subject to the defined winning conditions, including call limits and rollover rules.

Full prize details are published in advance of each event.

9. Multiple Winners and Prize Sharing

Where two or more players complete a valid winning pattern on the same call for the same prize, that prize will be shared equally between all valid winners.

The total prize amount available for that game does not increase due to multiple winners.

Where a prize is shared, individual payouts may be rounded to the nearest euro.

The organiser’s verification of valid simultaneous wins is final.

10. Verification and Prize Payments

Winners may be required to verify their bingo book, flyer page, or raffle entry before payment.

Prizes are paid promptly following verification.

We reserve the right to withhold payment where there is reasonable cause to investigate a claim.

11. Technical Issues

In the event of a technical interruption, system failure, or connectivity issue, we may pause, delay, or reschedule the bingo session where necessary to ensure fairness and integrity.

Any such action will be taken in good faith and communicated clearly to participants.

12. Responsible Participation

Participants are encouraged to take part responsibly.

Kilconly Bingo is intended as a community fundraising activity, not as a means of financial gain.

Participants should only obtain bingo books or tickets that they can comfortably afford.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use this website for unlawful purposes
• attempt to interfere with the operation of the bingo, raffles, or systems
• provide false or misleading information
• engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the data practices of those providers.

15. Regulatory Position

Kilconly Bingo operates in accordance with Irish law, including the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 as currently in force.

We monitor regulatory developments and will comply with licensing requirements introduced by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland when applicable.

The organiser is a registered Irish charity and operates the bingo in furtherance of its charitable and community objectives.

16. Limitation of Liability

Participation in Kilconly Bingo is voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we shall not be liable for loss, damage, or disruption arising from:

• technical failures
• internet connectivity issues
• system outages
• events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot be excluded under Irish law.

17. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time for operational or regulatory reasons.

Any material changes will be published on this website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By obtaining a bingo book, flyer page, raffle ticket, or participating in Kilconly Bingo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the published Bingo Rules.
